Welcome Corvette fans

When the sinkhole opened in the middle of the night on February 12, 2014 at the National Corevette Museum, it swallowed 8 classic Chevrolet Corvettes. Slowly and gingerly, crews have been retrieving the cars. Here is video of six of them on display at the museum. There’s a plan to fully restore the cars.

All eight cars have been pulled from the hole. The good news is that business is up at the museum since the disaster, giving unprecedented press coverage like this piece in the New York Times.
